Crazy Shane is back in action and has added a blackberry and crazy walk to his routine - okay, the crazy walk could be due to his chafing.  Either way he is a trip!  Cirie shows us that she is not physically a great player but strategically she is beating them all.  Terry continues his winning streak taking reward and immunity - will the “curse of the car” haunt him though?  Through Marji’s laughing spells we talk about this week’s topics:

The second medical emergency in Survivor history takes out Bruce!  Thank heavens he will be okay AND back for the jury. 

We talk about the show and how well Mark Burnett placed this week’s reward challenge and showed us some cracks in the former Casaya tribe.  It was interesting how Aras threw the challenge and “let” Cerie win and therefore let her be the bad guy sending Terry to Exile Island and pissing off Courtney and Shane - good political move!  Cerie managed to smooth things over but what will be the lasting effect?

Terry, the American Gladiator, wins immunity again!  After an emotional reward challenge where 4 members got to watch videos from home, Mark Burnett brings another twist to the immunity challenge.  The Survivors got to choose whether to compete in the challenge or sit it out and eat cheeseburgers and fries.  Aras, Terry and Sally are the only ones who choose to compete in the water puzzle challenge and again Terry wins.  Along with show talk we discuss Shane’s injury and the joy of pixel blur!  The questions we ask this week are:

• Is it right to sit out of a challenge?  Will the move to compete or not hurt them later in the game?
• Is it fair to your family, significant other, or dog to compete on Survivor or any other reality show?

WOW tonight’s show made up for the boring show last week!  Deals (good deals) were flying around and everyone was playing a good game.  Terry is still dominating the strategizing and the immunity challenges.  Some players got breakfast in bed, some stuck in the sand, and one voted off - bye Austin we’ll I’ll miss you!!
